Itsappy Mail

Ask your mailbox administrator to reset your mailbox password. Your Itsappy Lab password may be different.

If you manage mail: sign in to Itsappy Lab, open Mailboxes in mail setup, then choose Password beside the address.

Open mail administration

After a reset, enter the new password in webmail and any connected mail apps.
