Set up your mail app
Your Itsappy inbox, in the mail app you already use.
1. Add your account in Gmail
- Open Gmail and use your profile menu to add another account.
- Choose Other (IMAP), then enter your full mailbox address.
- Enter your mailbox password. If server details are requested, find them below.
Choose Personal (IMAP) if Gmail asks for an account type.

3. Enter these in Gmail
Use the same server for incoming and outgoing mail. Choose SSL/TLS for both.

For outgoing mail, turn on Require sign-in. Use the same full email address and mailbox password, then finish your app’s account setup.
My app asks for STARTTLS
For outgoing mail, use port with STARTTLS. Keep the same server, username, and password.
My password is not accepted
Try signing in to Itsappy webmail with the same full address and password. If that fails too, ask your mailbox administrator to reset your mailbox password.
